Happy Friday to you from (Saturday) in Australia!

I had an amazing day with my students.  I taught my students about how the chakras of the human body work.

I informed them that chakras are not physical things; they are energy vortexes that draw energy and information into us.

We also send our inner-world experiences outward to the rest of the world and universe through our chakras.

If you look at the picture above, you can see the Milky Way galaxy, which is rotating due to vortex energy, like all galaxies.

This gives you a visual image to see and understand that vortex energies are the way of the creative universe we live in and all things in nature are expressions of vortex energy.

Here you can see images of many things in nature expressing the creative influence of vortex energy in the structure of their form.

In this image, you can see that the influence of vortex energies on bodily form extends all the way to the human body. When we move our joints or walk, we are creating, and expressing vortex energies.

From a scientific perspective, we know that everything in the universe is intimately connected.

This image expresses the intimate connection of everything by showing that even the movement of an insects wings creates energy and movement that not only changes the environment of the wings, but extends infinitely throughout the universe; the universe is ONE-connected-WHOLE.

Here you can see a diagram from my book, How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy! The diagram shows the seven major chakras or vortexes that “in-form” us, and through which we inform the rest of us.

Each color represents the frequency range of vibration that that chakra system operates within and the areas of the body and main issue or type of information processed by each specific chakra.

When our thoughts and choices are congruent with our authentic needs, our bodies hold their natural shape and beauty and we express that to the world.

When our thoughts and deeds are incongruent with our dream (or soul path), or our authentic needs, we express the incoherence in our bodies.

If we don’t “listen” to the signals from our body and mind, the PainTeacher arrives to redirect us toward our center to guide us back to our path.

If we ignore the signals too long, our bodies and minds begin to loose their integrity. This is when our bodies loose their natural beauty and our body shape and function accurately reflect the truth of our thought-actions.

Today, try listening openly and honestly to what your body-mind is telling you.

Remember, thoughts without feeling lack guidance.

I hope you all have a beautiful weekend. I’ll share the conclusion of HLC 2 with you on Monday!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
