Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a nice time this weekend, and got some time to put your feet on the ground, and spend some time “within yourself”.

I had a very busy weekend as I race to meet the deadline for the final filming of my new CHEK Holistic Coaching program.

I’m very excited about releasing this course for my students later this year, and anyone that is involved with guiding others through a change process, or healing process of any type.

I’ve shared a lot of what I know to be true about how our psyche works as a body-mind-soul construct, and how understanding the key aspects of behavior and behavior change can be very helpful.

Saturday, I took a day off to recharge myself and get ready to focus all day Sunday, which I did.

Penny and I did a lot of work in our gardens, and took some time to lay outside in the sun too.

Angie was doing a variety of things, and continues a lot of preparations for Mana’s arrival, which could be any day now!

We found out that Mana is in what is called the “Frank Breach Position”, which means he’s sitting with his butt in Angie’s pelvis and his head up, where his butt should be as we head toward due date.

She’s been busy using acupuncture, moxa treatments (that’s what she’s doing in the photo above), spinning yoga (yoga to get the baby to “spin down” into position), walking, and a variety of other exercises.

I’m confident that Mana will turn over when it’s time to head for the door. We are certainly learning a lot through the birthing process….

Today, I will share:
1. The Magic ‘X’ Factor (Pt.2/3)
2. CHEK Institute Advanced Training Program Completions
3. Comments from Facebook regarding my blogs

The Magic ‘X’ Factor Pt. 2

I hope you have enjoyed Part 1 of 3 of this series.

Personally, I’ve found that “I Love, therefore I AM”, is much more fruitful in life than “I think, therefore I AM.”

As I share in the presentation, thinking is but one of four essential qualities of consciousness we have access to, and need to be fully aware of what we are creating with our choices.

To love ourselves fully is the best key to the door of effective use of all Jung’s 4 qualities of consciousness.

The Magic X Factor Blk Bd

In Pt. 2 of this series (about 20:00 long), I will cover:

– Ken Wilber’s 4 Quadrant model of how CONSCIOUSNESS of SPIRIT unfolds in and as reality.

– Love as Eros (ascending current or flow of love/levitation/yang) and Agape (the descending current of love as earthly embodiment/yin/nurturing life).

– Why Jung’s consciousness compass is so essential to cultivating awareness

HLC1 – Carlsbad CA with Jator Pierre

HLC1Carlsbad_Jator

Jator Pierre taught HLC 1 this weekend in Carlsbad, CA to a full class.

He stepped in at the last minute because once Angie found out Mana was in the breach position, she had to visit all sorts of helpers to determine the best route to seeing if she can get him to turn over and get his head down into her pelvis in route to delivery.

Angie went and visited the class a couple times and said they were all doing great and that Jator was doing his usual – a fantastic job of teaching.

Thanks Jator for the last minute assistance and traveling down from San Francisco to support us at the C.H.E.K Institute.

I trust Great Spirit knew that the students needed to “spend some time with you”, and so it is.

Congratulations to all the students who attended; I am positive you all enjoyed your HLC1 experience, learned a lot, and feel motivated to be the change in the world.

Being part of the C.H.E.K Institute is a commitment to loving yourself fully and sharing that with the world.

When we are all well balanced within ourselves, we naturally have the energy and creativity address the bigger challenges in the world today.

Lovely Comments About My Blogs On Facebook!

Penny emailed me a screen shot of some of the comments regarding my blogs the other day.

FB Comments RE PC Blogs 2-17-16

I don’t use Facebook myself, but have my assistant and other assistants inform me when necessary, and post responses when I feel it may be helpful.

I was delighted to see the CHEK community so supportive of what I share, and it makes me feel great knowing that they are following me, and hopefully, practicing and sharing the many things I share on my blogs.

Thank you all for your love and support!

I hope you all have a lovely week.

You never know, Mana may be here by my next blog!

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
