What a whirlwind week!
Penny and I are on a plane on our way to Sydney for the next several weeks where I’ll be teaching HLC2 and 4 days of mind-blowing seminars aimed to empower my students working with any sick clients. Today, I continue my Movement as Medicine Series Pt. 3/7: Stretching
Stretching the body is both a science and an art. As I discuss in my vlog today, I share how stretching normalizes muscles, connective tissues, joints, fluids and cells to improve overall function, synergy and energy flow.
