Hi Everyone,
OK, I’ve cleared my busy schedule to teach 2 back-to-back seminars AND Exercise Coach in about 6 weeks here in Vista.
Come play and learn with me Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1: An Integrative Approach to Stretching: The Art & Science of Flexibility Seminar.
In this 2-day seminar, I’ll teach students that there is a science to stretching optimally. Due to the complex nature of the human organism, there is much we don’t know about the body as yet. Because there are many gaps in current scientific understanding, the health and exercise professional should not become too dependent upon hard science and should see scientific stretching as the marriage of an art-form and accepted scientific principles. Skilled health and exercise professionals all naturally develop good objective and subjective skills that must be applied to stretching with the same zeal such skills are applied to joint mobilization, manipulation, and program design.
On Sunday, May 2, I’m teaching Scientific Shoulder. I’ll be teaching the fundamentals of functional anatomy of the shoulder where you will discover how you can develop preventative, performance and corrective exercise programs for yourself or your clients. Building upon the foundation of functional anatomy, you will understand how to “assess, not guess” before designing an exercise program that is based on the interactive anatomy of the shoulder. As with any part of the body, the shoulder must be considered in conjunction with the rest of the musclo-skeletal structure, plus the organ and hormonal systems.
I’ve gotten lots of requests to teach these 2 seminars and we have them priced so that anyone can participate. To register go to: www.CHEKInstitute.com
But that isn’t all! I’m also teaching Exercise Coach May 5-9 and I’m going to have both Rob Yang and Josh Rubin assist me. We are expecting a pretty big group so I suggest you get your pre-reqs done so that you can receive the teachings from me and position yourself with skills to take your clients to the next level.
I’m looking forward to sharing my love, knowledge and expertise with you!
Love and Chi,
Paul
