Happy Friday to You!

I had a lovely day teaching yesterday at Can Fit Pro my workshop “How To Work In”.

I started my day yesterday with a little lecture prep and a great breakfast.

Class started at 9:00 AM with a lecture about the holistic elements of my “Work-In” concept. I wanted to be sure that people understood that practicing work-in exercises without integration of the necessary diet and lifestyle factors brings no better results in general than working out without consideration of necessary diet and lifestyle factors.

My lecture included a basic explanation of my 4 Doctor system for self healing and performance enhancement. You can learn a lot more by studying my multi-media ebook, The Last 4 Doctors You’ll Ever Need – How To Get Healthy Now! It is available in the products area of www.ppssuccess.com

During my lecture, I shared a variety of ways to understand how we are all infinitely connected with each other, all life, and the universe.

After lunch, we move to a smaller, quieter room (the room next to us was very loud). There, I explained and demonstrated the essential qualifiers that determine if an exercise is, or is not a “work-in” exercise.

The students seemed to find it quite interesting to learn how their autonomic nervous system self-regulates and how to feel it changing.

Here you can see us learning about how our voice can be used as a therapeutic instrument. I shared a variety of ways to tone and heal.

I also showed them through group experience how our energy transfers from one person to the next, always feeding the weaker of the group the most; that’s just how chi works!

It follows the principles of energy in physics in many regards, yet in other regards, it acts as though it consciously represents empathetic and compassionate love. If you don’t understand that, then this concept would be a great meditation.

Here you can see me teaching my students an exercise my soul taught me. I call it the “Stork Walk”. It is a beautiful mix of balance system stimulation, postural awareness, harmonized breathing and movement, and is a great chi cultivation/active meditation for busy minds.

The students seemed to really enjoy it. This is the method I taught the pro hockey players recently, as well as Ashley Bourne; Ashley was amazing at this one! She got in as deep with me as people practicing for a year or more on her first practice run.

In this photo, you can see Dan Hellman, one of our CHEK Institute Faculty instructor. Dan is the second person in from the right in the front row wearing surf shorts and a CHEK Institute shirt.

Dan is also lecturing here at Can Fit Pro, which is great because Dan is a fantastic lecturer and really has a great track record for people leaving his presentations and becoming a CHEK Practitioner in our Advanced Training Programs. He’s a very well spoken, passionate, intelligent, cool presenter; the yin to my yang so-to-speak.

This morning, I’m heading to the gym with Rory to do a deadlift session and get my androgens flowing. That will help me stay clear headed and focused during my lectures.

Ninety-minute lectures are quite constricting for me. I prefer to teach by telling people about my clinical experiences and when lectures are short, I have to stick to details and that feels a bit dry and academic to me. I’ll do my best to make a nice mix of clinical anecdotes and factual information today though.

I’ll be busy lecturing all through the weekend. I have three lectures tomorrow, which is a very busy day. Then on Sunday, I’ve got two lectures to give, which is a balanced day.

Monday, I’ll be heading home to my garden in Vista with a big smile on my face knowing that I’ve shared the best of me and the CHEK Education within the lecture/workshop format for the public!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend and I’ll share the highlights of the Conference with you as soon as I can.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
