Get Onnit: Understanding Balance For Exercise and Living WellIt was with great pleasure that I recently visited Kyle Kingsbury, Health and Performance Director of Onnit, and Aubrey Marcus, CEO of the Onnit Institute, in Austin.

These men are awesome, world-class individuals.

I found the whole staff of Onnit to be exceptional. In fact, I told Penny that I found a whole bunch of C.H.E.K Practitioners in Austin who just don’t realize they are C.H.E.K Practitioners yet!

I also enjoyed spending time with C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 4 Aleks Rybchinskiy, who works in the Onnit gym and supports some of their staff and gym members with his many skills.

While I was there, I did two podcasts. The podcast I did with Kyle Kingsbury is available NOW and I think you’ll love it.

Kyle is someone I truly love and respect. He was a professional MMA fighter and is a stud athlete. Even now in retirement, Kyle looks like a Greek god. He is very passionate about health, exercise, life, love and family. He is an intelligent, studious man, and we had a lot to talk about.

In our podcast, we dove deep into the differences between working-in and working-out. We talked about the 4 Doctors of the CHEK Living Philosophy and the 6 Foundation Principles taught in C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach training, and we also covered some of the deeper issues of life.

It’s a fun podcast, and I hope you enjoy it. You can watch the YouTube video of our podcast below or download it from iTunes or Stitcher.

I think you’ll find that Onnit has loads of great podcasts you can enjoy, so why not subscribe and stay on the cutting edge of all things life?

And, if you enjoy my interview with Kyle, please share it with as many people as you can!

Love and chi,

Paul
