Happy Monday to all of you!
How much attention do you pay to food in your life? Do you invest the time and money to eat the right foods for your health? Do you know where the food you buy really comes from?
If you buy food like you do gasoline for your car — the cheaper the better — your health pays the price and it’s HUGE!
So much sickness in our lives can be traced back to agricultural practices focused on large-scale monoculture, at the expense of soil degradation, higher water usage and our exposure to toxic chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides, which include insecticides, pesticides, rodenticides, fungicides and whatever else BIG AG can come up with next!
If you’re living a life guided by the 4 Doctors, that means buying as much organic or biodynamically grown foods as you can.
But, a lot of you probably don’t know that there’s a big difference between the quality and nutritional value of foods grown on organic farms compared to biodynamic farming.
That’s why I’m very happy to share this important video excerpt from my recent Living 4D conversation with Jared Pickard, the owner of Be Here Farm + Nature in St. Helena, Calif.
Jared and I discussed the wide differences between regenerative biodynamic farming and typical industrial and organic agriculture and what that means for our health.
If you enjoy what we discuss here, I hope you’ll listen to my entire Living 4D conversation with Jared and check out his Be Here Farm + Nature too!
Love and chi,
Paul
