Congratulations to our new Holistic Lifestyle Coaching students who just completed HLC 2 with Angie Chek at the C.H.E.K Institute in Vista, Calif.
It was great to visit you and answer your (very good!) questions while you were in class with Angie. I’m excited that you got to be trained by Angie. As you learned, her well of knowledge is very deep.
I hope you are excited about all the things you learned about yourself and life and coaching people to live their dreams holistically, and feeling inspired to be the change – be the path.
I look forward to sharing more with you in HLC 3.
DR. SHERRI TENPENNY ON FLU VACCINATIONS
Here is a great article by Dr. Sherri Tenpenny on flu vaccinations that offers sound advice about vaccine education and the ups and downs of illness and resistance, along with addressing discomforts with complete recovery versus the risk of a serious side effect and a lifetime of disability from a flu shot.

There are a myriad of opinions today about the safety and efficacy of vaccinations in general because of the huge number of people who have been injured or died because of them.
As is the case in any profession, be it finding a good hair stylist, mechanic, electrician, accountant, dentist or doctor, it is usually a hit-or-miss experience. However, when we find a good professional, we are inclined to trust and stick with them.
The case is no different with the issue of whose advice to trust with vaccinations.
I am very grateful to be connected to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, DO, through our common interest in Dr. Bill Timmons and his Bio-Health Diagnostics training programs where she and I first met about 15 years ago. I learned quickly, by being in class with her, that all of her brain circuits are firing and that she’s quite tapped in.
Over the years to follow, she would become a client of mine. Through that work, I spent a lot more time with her and got to know her. I found her to be a woman who has deep concern for the well-being of human beings and “life.”
She produces a huge amount of information for the public on the pros and cons of vaccinations as a result of her extensive research into the issues, and her direct experience as a physician working with patients daily in her clinic.
When my second son, Mana, came 15 months ago, even though I’d studied a fair bit of literature and some of her teachings on the issue, I felt I would like to get her opinion before making any decisions on my own. There is a LOT to know about when you have a new child coming into this (wild and crazy) world, where medicine is more centered on for-profit corporate interests than it is on the actual interest of the health and welfare of human beings.
My consultation with Dr. Tenpenny not only confirmed the initial game plan that Angie and I had come up with (Angie has studied the relevant issues extensively too), but she gave us healthier, safer options and suggestions.
Since Mana was born, as you can imagine, we’ve been to many checkups with different pediatricians until we found one we liked enough to stick with (Dr. Wolf in Carlsbad, Calif.). We have also made countless trips to parks to play, and Angie takes Mana to swimming lessons, the library for children’s book readings, and other activities where there are lots of kids in his age group.
Every doctor who ever did a checkup has noticed immediately that he was strong, vital and ahead of the curve for his age in most aspects. When he’s playing with other kids, it is obvious that he has better motor skills, is stronger and can use more words than most.
I’m confident this is a direct result of the diet and lifestyle practices we live and teach at the C.H.E.K Institute and because I regularly hear from other C.H.E.K Institute-Trained Professionals whose young children are also way ahead of the curve and other kids in general.
I share these comments with you because I know how scary it is to find someone you can trust with your children in general, but particularly as a physician, and even more so when it comes to opinions on vaccination. Often, I have people email me asking who I recommend for vaccination advice, and I always refer them to Dr. Tenpenny because I respect and trust her.
I HIGHLY recommend that you check out her website, read the article I’ve shared here and get on her mailing list today.
Thanks for reading and sharing with me today.
As always, feel free to visit the C.H.E.K Institute website and see the many other resources that you can find there.
Love and chi,
Paul Chek
