Happy Monday To You!

I hope you are all living and loving Fully!

I’ve been extremely busy with clients lately, and have been working on the weekend to fit everyone in. This has left me short of time to film video blogs, but I’ll start back up soon.

Sunday was my only rest day, and I worked on a piece of art for a friend of mine who’s birthday is coming up soon as part of my joy time. I also spent time in my HealthMate IR sauna, which always feels great.

For my workout Sunday, I got out into my rock garden and took down a tall stack and created something new and fun.

You can see my finished rock art above. It was a great workout! It took me about two hours to take down the old one and build the new one.

The day was very warm, and there was a lot of beautiful hawks and other birds sharing the day with me. Lots of animals on the ground as well. Last night, while standing in my garden as the sun was going down, I saw coyotes crossing the field across from my house. I always love to see them.

Angie Lustrick just finished her first HLC 1 in San Francisco, with Jator Pierre assisting her. Their course went great and the feedback I’ve received has been excellent! Congratulations Angie and Jator for bringing so much love to your students and to San Francisco!

I hope you all have a wonderful day. If you haven’t been keeping up with my video blogs, you can always go to www.youtube.com/paulcheklive and see the many videos I have there if you haven’t been there yet.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
