Happy Friday!

My instructors and I are having a great time here in Heaven. We have covered a lot of ground in three days. We begin our mornings with rattling, chanting, and singing the 4 Doctors songs I created for my clients and students.

Here you can see me teaching my students how to use a yin approach to toning, chanting, playing music, and singing. The yin approach (as I teach it) is one in which one allows their individuality to fade into the background, allowing each member of the group to enter their being. In this experience, one loses individual identity, but gains the energy, love and presence of the group, tribe, or family.

In the photo above, I’m demonstrating the yin approach to toning with Matthew Wallden. Matthew is a great singer so I chose him knowing that he would be easy to find harmony with and he’d probably make me sound good too! Thanks Matt!

We reviewed my 10-step model for holistic living and healing for the first two days, and spent yesterday reviewing and refining our infant development skills.

In the video above, you can join our meeting for a few minutes and hear me explaining some of the basics of how infant development exercises work to produce a body-mind developmental experience.

I explain that infant development exercises (taught in CHEK HLC3 and CP1 Courses) are not merely physical exercises, like doing sit-ups, jumping jacks, or lifting weights.

Infant development exercises are performed such that they specifically activate innate programs within the central nervous system. The infant isn’t just exercising, they are in a perpetual state of learning how to use and understand their own body, as well as learning how to interact with their immediate environmental surroundings and nature as a developing human in general.

Today, I’m taking my students out to stack rocks for their morning exercise and meditation session.

I hope you all have a lovely weekend. We’ll be working through all of our course material and putting our heads together to refine and improve the C.H.E.K Institute courses for our students worldwide.

Love and chi,
Paul Chek
