How Remote Viewing WorksThroughout the years, people have asked me about the experience of remote viewing, the practice of seeing places, objects or people from a distance with the mind.

The people who ask me about remote viewing assume that this ability is special and exclusive to a select few, but nothing could be further from the truth. Almost anyone can do it so long as they can stabilize their minds, especially if they have a good meditation practice in place.

I experienced this first as a 12-year-old when my parents forced me to go to bed at 7:30. (Believe me that was torture, especially during summers on Vancouver Island when the sun didn’t go down on some nights until 11 p.m.) Life was hard back then and the stress was extreme…

Then one night, I suddenly found myself coming out of my body. The first time, it scared the hell out of me. I was floating above my bed and looking down at myself wondering what was going on, then dropped back into my body and jumped up in my bed.

I laid there and was so blown away at what had just happened. Then I realized, if I could do it once, I could probably do it again. So I just started to relax back into that sleep state and I held the intention of going out of my body and it happened again. I passed through the walls of my house and floated over to the pasture where our horses and cows grazed.

My new skills came in real handy on our 142-acre farm, especially when my father would leave tools all over the place, and I would find them the next morning right where I saw them the previous night.

I have a lot more to share with you about my experiences with remote viewing, including my trips to the sun, locating lost people and the one thing that may prevent you from doing it this week on my blog/vlog.
