Happy Thursday!
Many of us truly believe we are alone and isolated in the world.
Unfortunately, a lot of it is just illusions we’ve created through our societal and cultural programming that’s indulged far too much in materialistic and scientific mindsets than turn everything into meaningless objects and stuff.
These blinded mindsets overlook the formative forces that make the rocks, the planets and the stars are intelligence and consciousness itself.
This week, I want to help you shed those superficial perspectives, and develop a more holistic approach to the world around you.
Several hundred years ago, this approach would’ve been called natural philosophy, and you would always feel more at home with and more attuned to the world around you, just as you should be today.
Making these connections will help you recognize right away how your participation in the world — the decisions you make and where you spend your money — makes the world better or worse, and reminds you not to put power in the hands of people who are bent to destroy this planet.
I want to share another meditation technique — connecting with yourSELF. This approach helps you expand your awareness, with a goal of looking at everything outside yourself as really being a part of you, so you never really feel alone.
This is a very simple meditation you can do in a seated or lying position in a quiet area of your home for a few minutes a day.
This meditation helps you disconnect from the day and fill yourself up with the person inside you. It feels good to me to do this meditation, which may sound a little egotistical to you on the surface.
I love filling myself up with love. That’s how I know the voices talking inside me are mine alone. And, it’s the greatest gift you can give yourself, because you’re always reminded that you’re always with your best friend.
Which means you’re never ever alone…
Love and chi,
Paul
