Happy Thursday to all of you! Hope your week is going well!
The use of plant medicines is an important part of the work I do with my clients, not to mention I created a course related to a holistic approach to cannabis for the CHEK Institute last year.
I’ve been very pleased to see the resurgence in studies on psychedelics and plant medicines and how a growing number of states have legalized the use of mushrooms and cannabis.
One of the many things I discussed recently on my Living 4D podcast with my longtime friend and colleague Dr. Cliff Oliver focused on the use of psychedelics.
We talked about the real benefits as well as the unintended consequences of engaging in plant medicines without doing the proper work beforehand.
In fact, I’ve seen footage on Gaia about people taking trips to other countries looking to experience plant medicines, yet leaving once beautiful natural settings totally trashed in their wake.
Many people have such a desperate need to go on a vision quest, yet don’t have a friggin’ clue about the magnitude of doing a full-on ayahuasca ceremony.
This week’s blog/vlog is an excerpt from my conversation with Cliff about the responsible use of plant medicines.
If you’ve been thinking about doing this on your own, please listen to the wise counsel from Cliff and myself about what plant medicines can and don’t do, as well as other ways you can achieve this experience merely by breathing.
Love and chi,
Paul
