Happy Monday everyone!

It’s the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere and getting a lot warmer and FINALLY! we’re beginning to get settled into our Rainbow House.

My gym is back in place just how I like it and my massive library is getting out of boxes and back on my shelves. (Can’t wait to show you more pictures of our beautiful home!)

This week’s blog/vlog will be a short but very welcome one for many of you, and it already is for me (because it’ll save me some time!).

I get asked questions about water ALL THE TIME. It’s a MASSIVE TOPIC! I own at least 40 books about water alone, plus I devote a great part of How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy! to this subject too.

Water: It’s a HUGE Topic!

As much as 60 percent of the human adult body is made of water. More than 70 percent of the brain and heart are composed of water. Even your bones contain some water in them too!

A couple of weeks ago during my third Q&A session with Penny on my Living 4D With Paul Chek podcast, a listener asked for guidance about water in relation to filtration, non-native EMF exposure, grounding and the like.

Over the course of this short vlog, I share lots of details about what you should be looking for when it comes to water. For example, did you know…

  • The peak working temperature for water is roughly 40 degrees.
  • What’s actually in the water you’re drinking will determine which filtration systems are best for your health.
  • Piping affects the quality of water too.

I cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time in this week’s vlog but, honestly, I really could spend all day talking about the benefits of water and wouldn’t run out of things to say.

After watching my vlog if you’re still thirsty for more information about water, I recommend finding and studying The Fourth Phase of Water by Ethan and Gerald Pollack and The Water Wizard by Viktor Schauberger and Callum Coats. They are the experts!

You can also learn a lot about where to find clean sources of water near you by searching the Find a Spring online database.

I hope this week’s vlog answers some of your questions about the importance of clean, fresh water and prompts you to your homework!
