Happy Monday!
I hope you are all happy and well.
Today in my blog I’ll share:
The Gratitude-Joy Connection
Today, my 23:00 video blog looks at the intimate and special connection between gratitude and joy.
I share ways to celebrate more joy and gratitude that anyone can experience.
I make the point that happy people aren’t the ones that have the best of everything; happy people are the ones that make the best of everything.
I hope you enjoy it.

Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2, NYC with Angie Chek
Angie Lustrick (now Chek) taught HLC 2 this week to a small, but great group of students in NYC.
Angie said the students worked really hard to understand and practice the teachings related to helping professionals and she had a great time teaching.
Check out the video of Angie and Mana teaching the students the Dr. Happiness Song:
Congratulations for your attention and work on becoming HLC2 Practitioners!
I know you enjoyed being taught by “the master of HLC!”

Show-N-Tell with Paul
Mana, Angie and Penny went on the road last week to New York City so Angie could teach HLC2.
It was Mana’s 4 month birthday so I sent him a bouquet of Sunflowers because he is our little sunflower, and we love to watch him open and grow each day! (and flowers too for the hard working mothers in my life :-))
While they were there, they visited my client Jason and his family.
Jason and Jacquie have two beautiful little girls, so it was fun for Mana to meet them and spend time with other “little beings of love”.
Anjah, below, is just 11 months and she and Mana were fascinated with each other.
Jason and Jacquie both share my love of painting and are incredible artists too! This is their recent artwork:
Jacquie has really been flowering in her creativity lately (her painting is on the left), and Jason continues to allow his soul life to emerge on canvas so beautifully.
Great to share your art and feel your love!
Thank you Jason and Jacquie for sharing all your love and hospitality with the loves of my life!
My recent Art Spirit
I had this vision while studying alchemy recently. It was so strong in me it practically picked me up and painted “with my being”.
I thought I’d share the sequence of its development with you so you can see how the creative process unfolded within me as I painted.
I really don’t enjoy technical drawings with precision geometrical forms because I’m at a point in my life where I enjoy ease and silence much more than mental activity, such as measuring and calculating angles and arcs.
On this one, I let my soul guide ever step, and instead of measuring, I just asked, how many points, how big a circle, how many circles, etc, and was joyfully led from step to step and stage to stage. I loved the experience.
Here is my process as it unfolds on canvas.
I’m not quite done yet, but will share the finished painting when I am.
I hope you’ve enjoyed my blog today.
I look forward to sharing more with you next week.
Love and chi,
Paul
