Happy Day!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Penny and I had a nice lazy time; well, not so lazy for Penny, who is very busy studying and taking flight lessons to get her pilots license.

I visited some friends, did a whole day of painting and rock lifting, ate great food, watched a couple movies, did tai-chi each day, and got ready to teach HLC2 in Carlsbad starting Wednesday.

We have a large group, some good friends and many more attending so I’m looking forward to sharing my methodology of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching based upon my success over my career. It will be fun to meet my students. I’ve got a good plan in place and I’m ready.

Today, I’m taking the day off so that I can be in a quiet place before talking and teaching for the next five days.

I hope you are enjoying your day/evening/night so far; we have been slow getting the blog up due to my schedule being very busy…

Plantain Yumm!

Today, since I’ve had so many requests for me to do “more in the kitchen”, I thought I’d share what I call “a man’s desert.” Although many of the world’s greatest chefs are men, I think it’s safe to say most men prefer eating over cooking. That’s me.

I chose to share how to make a lovely, nutritious desert by frying plantains in organic butter today because it’s something that is very quick, easy, and tastes amazingly good!

In my video blog today, I show you how I learned to do it from Penny and Vidya and how I like to eat them. I hope you all feel inspired to get some organic plantains and give it a go!
